1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that by entering Willow Hill Lodge’s property, I may encounter:
Uneven or rugged terrain, slippery conditions, and natural obstacles
Wildlife including (but not limited to) moose, coyotes, bears, and bugs
Weather changes or environmental exposure
Physical exertion from walking, hiking, or participating in games
2. Assumption of Responsibility
I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, property damage, or other losses incurred while on the property, regardless of cause.
3. Release of Liability
I, on behalf of myself and any minors in my care, hereby release and hold harmless Willow Hill Lodge, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for accidents, injury, loss, or damage, including those resulting from negligence.
4. Rules of Participation
I agree to:
Stay on designated trails
Refrain from entering buildings (except washroom trailer)
Leash my dog at all times (if applicable)
Supervise any minors accompanying me
Respect the property, wildlife, and other guests
5. Emergency Medical Consent
I authorize Willow Hill Lodge to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if needed. I understand I am responsible for any associated costs.
