Cancellation Policy
Nature Pass: All reservations must be made in advance. Price is per person. Mystery Adventure Booking Policy: All bookings must be made in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted. Group Size: This booking is for a private group of 1-4 people. Price is per group. Additional people can be added in another booking. Duration: The adventure takes approximately 1.5–2 hours to complete. Nature Pass and Mystery Adventure: Arrival Time: Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience. Weather Policy: This is an outdoor adventure. In case of severe weather, bookings may be rescheduled. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of no-shows or late cancellations. Physical Requirements: Guests should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and part of the adventure is hiking up a large steep hill. Proper footwear is recommended and bring layered clothing. Liability: Participants must sign a waiver before starting the adventure. Willow Hill Lodge is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. By booking, you agree to these terms.
